About the Opportunity
Step into the next chapter of your construction management career with one of Ontario’s most respected builders.
You’re an experienced Project Manager who has played a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or commercial builds, and now you’re ready to scale up.
Parker Huggett has partnered with a long-established Construction Manager and Developer with deep roots across Ontario and a growing project pipeline. With a reputation built on quality, innovation, and community impact, this firm is poised for growth and is actively seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark $300M Student Housing project , with additional major projects in the pipeline across Toronto and Barrie.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Motivation and a clear drive to succeed : you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Proven experience with a GC or CM on large-scale builds, ideally over $100M in value
- A strong background in residential, student housing, or large commercial builds
- A collaborative approach : you know how to engage trades, consultants, clients, and internal teams to get the job done right
- A strategic mindset and a passion for excellence in execution
- Based in a commuting distance to Peterborough, ON
