Reporting to the Manager, Data Digital Enablement, the Data Engineering Analyst will collaborate closely with the Data Architect to ensure the technical support and high availability of Seaspan Marine Group's data operations and cloud platform. This role will actively participate in maintaining and optimizing the organization's data ecosystem. The Data Engineering Analyst demonstrates exceptional professionalism, initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges. Note : This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

What You'll do :

Data Infrastructure Support

• Assists in ensuring the technical support and high availability of Seaspan Marine Group's data infrastructure.
• Collaborates with the Data Architect in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data infrastructure solutions within Microsoft's technology stack.
• Monitors, troubleshoots, and debugs issues affecting the performance of the data infrastructure and its assets.
• Develops root-cause analysis for incidents and contributes to lessons learned.
• Supports the management and maintenance of the organization's data warehouse and lake house, ensuring its reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Enhances existing infrastructure, solutions, and processes to meet technical standards and address business requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is $72,900 - $87,400. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate's skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company's sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
