On recherche notre Maely ou notre Julien – L’Orchestre de Projets

Poste : Coordinateur (trice) de projets / adjoint (e) à la direction

Âge cible : 28 à 45 ans

Définition : Maely ou Julien, c’est la personne de confiance de l’équipe de direction. Elle jongle avec les échéanciers, les suivis de projets, les courriels clients, les documents et les fournisseurs. Elle ne panique pas. Elle priorise, communique, organise, relance. Grâce à elle, tout roule avec fluidité, même dans le chaos.

Profil idéal :

  • Expérience en coordination administrative (obligatoire) ou de chantier (un atout)
  • À l’aise autant avec les outils numériques qu’avec les humains
  • Aime les listes, les suivis, les solutions concrètes
  • Connaissance du milieu de la construction = un gros atout

Compétences clés :

  • Excellente gestion des priorités et du temps
  • Communication claire, écrite et orale
  • Maîtrise de logiciels (Trello, Suite Google, E-Mail, Estimateur Général, etc.)
  • Soutien aux chargés de projets et direction
  • Soft skills :

  • Calme sous pression
  • Forte autonomie, proactivité
  • Sens de l’organisation chirurgical

  • Connaissances de base en comptabilité et gestion des factures. (un atout)
  • Capacité à rédiger des communications claires et professionnelles.
