Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a versatile and bilingual administrative assistant in East Montreal specifically in the Rivière-des-Prairies / Pointe-aux-Trembles area.
You will have the opportunity to join a leader in the packaging industry. With facilities across Canada and the United States, our client is fully dedicated to providing comprehensive packaging solutions to its customers.

Job Type : Permanent
Salary : Between $50,000 and $60,000 per year
Schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break
Vacation : 2 weeks
Benefits : Group insurance
Parking : On-site parking available
Responsibilities
Agenda and Correspondence Management : Manage emails, organize the Vice President's calendar, and schedule meetings.
Communication Support : Draft documents in both French and English for various internal and external audiences.
Data Compilation and Analysis : Gather and compile data to prepare reports.
Stakeholder Relations : Ensure effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
Document Management : File and organize documents to ensure quick and efficient access to information.
Qualifications
Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Bilingualism : Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Technical Skills : Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Skills : Must be autonomous, proactive, a strong team player, able to manage stress effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
