:Are you passionate about customer service and the insurance industry? Are you looking to join one of the top insurance companies in Canada and learn alongside leading sales executives?
Beneva Insurance is seeking an energetic Inside Service Representative for this 1-year contract position. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our internal partners to manage and provide a high level of service to Advisors and an in-force block of our small and mid-sized Clients.
Vacancy: 1 Temporary
$60,960 - $76,200/year*
KEY RESPONBILITIES
Deliver professional and trusted service to Advisors and Clients
Actively seek to find creative solutions to client and advisor inquiries regarding claims, administration, premiums, billing issues, etc
Work in collaboration with the client, the sales team and internal partners
Build solid relationships both internally and externally and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participate in internal workshops focused on developing or improving processes.
Perform other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
College or University degree in Administration or Business is an asset
2 years experience in a customer service and administration focused role in the Group Insurance industry
Passion for customer service and problem solving
Great understanding of issues related to group insurance plans in Ontario and Western Canada is an asset
Must be able to multi-task, acquire information quickly, and be pro-active and accountable.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to new systems and procedures
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deliver exceptional customer service.
