Location : 1305 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON L1V 3P2
Salary : Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 – $100,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
Job Type : Current opening for full-time 6-month contract with possibility of becoming full time permanent.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Work Model : This role is based in-office at our Pickering location, Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM for the first three months (probationary period). Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the position will transition to a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days per week in the Pickering office.

About the Role
The Senior Digital Account Manager is the strategic owner of assigned client relationships and the driver of integrated digital marketing strategies. This role leads client communication, aligns business objectives to digital strategy, and ensures cross-channel execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Creative, and Content. This role requires someone who is comfortable getting into the weeds with performance data, accessing information directly from Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and turning complex data into clear insights and recommendations for clients. The ideal candidate is equally confident in strategy discussions and performance deep dives, using data to guide decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor for assigned clients
- Lead onboarding, ongoing communication, and long-term planning across accounts
- Translate client business goals into integrated digital strategies spanning paid search, paid social, SEO, creative, and content
- Access, analyze, and interpret performance data directly in GA and GA4 to uncover insights and trends
- Be hands-on with reporting, analysis, and performance investigation when needed
- Partner with internal channel specialists to ensure cohesive execution across all disciplines
- Review cross-channel reports and performance dashboards to guide optimization and strategic direction
- Present data-driven insights, results, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling way
- Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Ensure account health, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, analytics best practices, and platform updates
