About the Role :
Reporting to the CEO, the CoS will develop and implement strategic, operational, and performance targets while fostering a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent aligned with Salex’s vision and values. The CoS will drive innovation, performance, and profitability across all departments. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CoS is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and driving operational excellence across all departments. This hands-on, results-driven leader will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, scaling operations, managing risk, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic & Operational Leadership :
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, operational targets, and performance metrics.
- Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans across key departments, including Sales, Field operations, Customer service, and HR.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability through continuous improvement of internal systems, processes, and standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), including its current and future applications, and leverage insights on how AI will shape the workforce to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation.
- Apply advanced software and technical computer knowledge to modernize internal operations, enhance data-driven decision-making, and position the company for future growth and competitive advantage.
