In your role as Account Director, you will be expected to
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States, overseeing both large-scale web design and development projects and ongoing evolution and support mandates with public and private sector clients
- Develop and grow client accounts by identifying and cultivating key relationships and growth opportunities in line with the agency’s services
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery in alignment with customer needs and objectives
- Develop and approve briefs for projects, providing guidance and direction to project teams
- Lead and participate in client presentations and other activities to enhance agency-client relationships
- Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals
- Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership
- Forecast and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and opportunities
