As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent for various business roles.

What you will do

Hiring Managers Collaboration

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake sessions with hiring managers to finalizing offers and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored support throughout the recruitment journey.
• Regularly engage with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft comprehensive interview questionnaires designed to effectively evaluate candidates.

Candidate Management

• Proactively source and network with talent to build robust candidate pipelines using various platforms and resources.
• Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and provide timely feedback.
• Utilize market insights to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and optimize talent searches.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and strengthen our talent pool.

What you will bring

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a combination of corporate, startup, or agency settings.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience in offer negotiation and influencing skills.
