Field Service Technician

At Kelly, we are recruiting Field Service Technicians to support our company in across CANADA. ( ON, QC, BC,NS)

As a Field Technician, you will support our many customers with their hardware, network and troubleshooting needs during sporadic shifts or on a project basis.

We will work with you to determine your schedule and availability.

Does that sound like you?

• You have a vehicle and a driving license
• 2+ years of hardware, networking and troubleshooting experience; field experience will be considered an asset
• 1+ years of proven customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• You are A+ certified or have experience
• You have a personal basic tool kit and a mobile phone

What are you going to do?

• Installation of new equipment
• Moving existing equipment
• Add to existing units by installing additional hardware
• Modifying systems, upgrading hardware, troubleshooting existing hardware
• Perform office assistance at a client's home
• Perform break repair tasks when problems arise
• Hand and eye support for server issues
• Help customers move users from one location to another
• Work on larger projects by updating the laptops and servers of the PC
• Installing printers, configuring printers
