As an Online Customer Service Agent position :
- You have the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience by supporting customers at all levels of their ECommerce journey.
- From Problem Recognition : By asking the right questions and answering customer inquiries to effectively resolve issues and match our product offering with our customer’s unique needs.
- To Purchase Decision : By assisting customers with their online order when needed
- And Post Purchase Evaluation : By physically fulfilling each order (receiving, picking, packing), processing returns and other issue resolutions (incorrect billing, late delivery).
What you bring :
- An extensive product knowledge of the electrical business
- A positive, “customer first” attitude that leads to exceptional customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; over phone, email and chats
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated, goal and career oriented while having the ability to work independently
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment that continually evolves to serve our customers better
- Bilingual English / French would be a great asset
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma (Higher education a plus)
- Excellent computer skills
- 2+ years of sales experience within the electrical distribution
