Site Super - High Rise
Are you looking for recognition, job satisfaction, and career development opportunities? Well, look no further. A builder / developer in Mississauga is seeking a talented, passionate, and hard-working Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent for their mid and high-rise developments. If you have 5+ years of residential construction experience and are eager to join a great team, then this could be a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all projects within the scope of the Site Super role. This includes tracking progress, managing trades, complying with regulations, ensuring deadline completions, and running a safe site. If you enjoy working on marquee projects with like-minded professionals, then this is the opportunity for you.
You must have rigorous knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, interpreting drawings, and possess impeccable attention to detail. Professionalism and leadership capabilities will be highly valued. Additionally, you must maintain a safe working environment and deliver high-quality results until project completion. Being timeline and budget-driven is essential.
