Randstad is looking for readily available Administrative Assistants in the following areas around the GTA :

- Woodbridge
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative services. Your administrative skills will be relied upon daily to deliver top quality support in a fast-paced and complex working environment.
Your excellent communication, organization, time management and critical thinking skills will ensure effective day to day operations! Candidates must be willing to start off on a short term contract if required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages coming in and out of the office
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is preferred (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Knowledge of MS and Google applications
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a clerk or in customer support roles is beneficial
