Summary
This role will be responsible for the administration of the plant reporting focused on Power BI and various other software.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update existing Power BI / MS apps (Office 365) dashboards daily.
- Develop new Power BI / MS apps (Office 365) dashboards with direction from Operations.
- Modify / improve existing Power BI / MS apps (Office 365).
- Work with production and process personnel to identify existing data sources for gaps and collate information for automation.
- Sites supported would be Canadian (WB, then AB) with possible US support later on.
- Minor travel may be required.
- Support the move to paperless with electronic recordkeeping.
- Other duties as required.
Experience / Qualifications
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Power BI / MS apps (Office 365) experience or ability to train quickly.
- Data-driven individual.
- Desire to streamline and improve - continuous improvement focus.
- Oracle / JDE experience is a plus.
- Must work on-site.
