Hays are currently working with a strong commercial property management firm in Edmonton. They are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join there team.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, primarily retail spaces.
Your role involves managing tenant relationships, lease negotiations, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with property owners and stakeholders, you’ll optimize property performance and handle financial aspects such as rent collection and budgeting.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, primarily retail spaces.
- Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and property maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders to optimize property performance.
- Handle financial aspects, including rent collection, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
