We are hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customers’ orders, day-to-day clerical duties and supporting all aspects of customer service.
Strong data entry and communication skills in both English and French are a huge asset for interacting with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
The duties for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will include :
- Enter incoming orders in the company's order entry system
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and analyze problems to provide detailed and proactive solutions
- Filing of customer invoices
- Providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support to other staff as directed
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Must have accurate data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong communication and collection skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
