Business Systems Analyst - Digital Marketing Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a skilled professional to support their Global Marketing Stack of Technologies.
You'll work on public websites, leveraging various marketing technologies to enhance the digital experience for clients.
This role involves collaborating with global business partners to deliver innovative solutions while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, development, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze technical and operational challenges that may affect application or process rollouts and facilitate discussions to drive solutions and mitigate risks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insightful recommendations based on in-depth analysis of business issues.
- Foster a learning environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of team practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization’s ecosystem.
What you will need to succeed :
- College or University degree in Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), specifically in web and / or mobile initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude, particularly with web technologies and content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially within Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to analyze technical and operational challenges, think critically, and solve complex business issues.
- Ability to self-organize, manage time efficiently, and take ownership of the BSA process.
- Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong ability to work in a team setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A curiosity for emerging digital technologies and a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience with marketing technologies such as web analytics, SEO, and search technologies (preferred).
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA) (preferred).
- Experience in the insurance or financial industries (preferred).
