Our client in London has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Manager of their Civil Engineering department.
The department has a large focus on Land and Site Development and the team is constantly growing! This position will manage and support the Land Development / Site Development team that includes CAD Technologists, Designers and Project Managers.
While in this position, you will be reporting directly to the Civil Division Manager. This position requires someone with their P.Eng.

Responsibilities
Perform land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements including storm and sanitary sewer design, water distribution system design, detailed grading analysis, and storm water management design
Responsible for technical report writing
Day to day management of Civil Engineering staff
Provide technical assistance and input on projects
Provide design and constructability feedback and recommendations
Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering with a P.Eng. designation
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience including both Project and Team Management
A comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations, standards and legislation related to Land Development projects
Preference will be given to local candidates (London area) with knowledge of projects in the region
