You Are Great At :
Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems, including patching, upgrading, and monitoring for potential issues to minimize risk of potential downtime.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the business to leverage the Identity and Access Management system functionality to improve business processes.
Act as subject matter expert and coach / mentor other members of the organization on identity and access management best practices.
Provide operational support to end users and business partners.
Work with product engineering to fix discovered defects or add product enhancements as business needs dictate.
Author technical documentation including knowledge articles for internal use.
What It Takes :
Bachelor's degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of administration experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
Experience with NetIQ Access Manager is a must.
Experience with Identity Manager, Advanced Authentication, and Single Sign-on Password Reset preferred.
AWS and GCP knowledge / experience is a plus.
Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc
Strong understanding of TCP / IP, HTTP, SSL, SAML, OAuth, DNS, and XML.
Knowledge of Apache / Tomcat web servers.
Familiarity with Linux / Unix systems.
Understanding of Active Directory / eDirectory LDAP.
Experience with capturing and interpreting HTTP header and TCP / IP traces.
