Your day to day :
- Basic accounting functions including processing and posting transactions
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Paperwork processing and verification
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with database setup and maintenance
- Retail, Wholesale, Dealer Trade & Fleet
- Update Gross Log with Final Deal Amounts
- Verify the cost and charges of vehicle sold
- Verify that all Warranty and Insurance costs are correct
- Calculate Sales and review Finance departments commissions
- Verify deal information (, Name, Address, etc.)
- Pull OEM vehicle invoices for sold vehicles for floorplan loan to be paid out to bank
- Submit Loyalty incentives including EV rebate claims
- UniFi products collect and scan signed certificates
You'll need :
- Accounting diploma or degree
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to effectively shift priorities as required
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
- Valid driver’s license
