About the Role :

We're seeking an Investor Relations and Fundraising Consultant Intern to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying, engaging with potential investors, and communicating our company's vision to secure funding for our seed round.

This position is designed to leverage your academic insights and strategic thinking capabilities.

What You'll Do :

• Investor Engagement : Assist in identifying and engaging potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals and venture capital firms, through the development of strategic communication and marketing materials.
• Communication Strategy : Support the creation and execution of strategies to effectively communicate our company's value proposition, mission, and vision to potential investors.
• Market Research : Conduct research to identify investment trends and opportunities, aligning our fundraising strategy with investor interests.
• Networking : Support our efforts to leverage and expand our network within the venture capital and entrepreneurial communities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to compile information and insights to support fundraising efforts.

About You :

• Educational Background : Enrolled in or a recent graduate from a top-tier MBA program with a focus on Finance, Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Experience : Interest in venture capital, private equity, investor relations, or entrepreneurship.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical Skills : Solid analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Networking : Interest or experience in networking within the venture capital and investment communities.

Duration and Compensation :
