Type : Full Time, Permanent
Salary : $50,000 + Commission + Bonuses (Target Income is 60,000+)
Responsibilities :
- Provide a remarkable 5 Star service experience for customers
- Identify and correct issues in billing and client accounts
- Assist customers with claims management
- Book appointments for insurance and financial reviews
- Connect with clients to improve their experience with technology
Requirements :
- General Level 1 License (must be able to obtain - study material provided by us)
- Previous customer service / sales experience an asset
- Must be confident in connecting with clients about their accounts and cross-selling
- Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to customer service excellence
- Speaking other languages an asset
