The Implementation Analyst Co-op is a hybrid role where you’ll be supporting our configuration projects and deployment specialists for the organization’s new clients.
On the Configurations side of things, you’ll be working on our in-house projects and assisting in the creation of tailored POS solutions for Volante’s clients.
On the other hand, Deployment means you’ll be virtually aiding our onsite staff across Canada / U.S. If you have a passion for technology and have strong organizational and time management skills, we want to hear from you!
Length : 4 months, with possibility of extension
Hours : Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Hyrbid : Work 3 days a week in our Toronto office (Days of the week for in-office work are flexible)
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Dissemination of POS Server implementation into necessary project documentation
- Communicate with Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, Menu Specialists and Technical Support agents about software implementation
- Perform software and hardware troubleshooting as needed
- Provide specialized phone and email support to clients using implemented software / features
- Work with our Product Specialist team to identify bugs / issues in the application
- Reporting to Technical Engineer
- Other duties as required
What We’re Looking For :
- Enrolled in a post-secondary education, preferably in IT or a related program.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service orientation always put the client first!
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written correspondence.
- Some networking experience would be an asset.
- Basic knowledge with point of Sale (POS) is a definite asset.
- Basic knowledge of with Linux operating systems is required.
- Basic knowledge of Bash script is required
- Basic knowledge of with SQL and relational databases is preferred.
- An aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
- Hardware troubleshooting knowledge is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Powershell is nice to have.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
