QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
Graduate of recognized Resident Care Attendant Certificate and Medical Office Administration Certificate programs. One year recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Current Level C Basic Life Saving Certificate.

- Ability to type at 60 wpm.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and computer software tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients.
- Ability to observe and recognize changes in clients.
