Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring customers receive the highest attention prior, during and after their service visit.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Handling customer’s inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What We Look For :
- A great attitude!
- Experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
- Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Competent level of computer proficiency.
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Excellent listening skills.
