A Senior Project Manager is required tomanage the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernizationprojects simultaneously support project documentation and reportproject progress with stakeholders.

The services provided by theresource include :

• Developing a projectcharters;
• Managing several eHealth EcosystemModernization projects simultaneously;
• Contributing to Request For Proposal (RFP)development;
• Scheduling and managing meetingswith the stakeholders; including meeting schedules agendas meetingcontent development documenting minutes managing follow upactivities;
• Coordinating and engaging withvarious stakeholder groups to inform of project progress andactivities and solicit feedback as appropriate;
• Managing project startup tasks including creating a projectSharePoint site project calendar contact list and other supportingtools;
• Developing project plans and documentingproject activities;
• Creating updating andmanaging project logs with applicable minute actions issuesdecisions risks;
• Documenting and reportingproject status against established objectives milestones budget andresources;
• Developing reports summariespresentations and communication material and other work andcommunication products;

Assisting in thepreparation of committee update presentations;and

Managing activities around project trackingand reporting
