This position is to support our clients in the Edmonton area and as such, the successful candidate must be based from our Edmonton office.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with clients, ensuring we address their needs
- Learn assigned client's business operations and provide strategic level advice and solutions
- Planning IT capital expenditures and developing budgets with client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions in conjunction with the project and delivery teams
- Facilitate contract renewals, scope changes, rate increases and any adjustments etc.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
- Maintain up to date records in CRM including but not limited to : contacts, leads, opportunities and activities.
- Maintain a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Forecast in CRM
- Proactively perform industry and market trend reviews
- Maintain a professional business network, particularly with associations that are relevant to your assigned clients
Objectives
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term, trusted advisor status at the senior and stakeholder level of our clients
- Manage KPIs and get results for mid-market accounts by leading externally with clients and internally by working with internal delivery teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client needs
- Strategic management of assigned clients to ensure overall client performance including client satisfaction, risk management, contractual commitments, sales growth and financial performance and profitability.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic client marketing and service delivery plans
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to help clients realize the full value across our services
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years working in a client-facing capacity, preferably managing multiple clients and stakeholders. Three years or more of experience is preferred.
- Self motivated and results oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Strong Business acumen
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to lead a client's buying and decision-making process through to a conclusion
- Outstanding client service and client engagement skills
- Proficiency with CRM, ideally D365
- Analytical skills to review client data
- Client service experience, managing multiple clients from different industries, sizes and capabilities
- Organizational and time-management skills with the attention to detail needed to manage multiple clients and multiple situations simultaneously
- Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices
