Position Summary
Perform general office administrative duties : file, scan and upload files into the database / server,
maintain the database and the tenant / vendor contact information, general data entry.
Creating purchase order (POs)for vendors as per requestFollowing up on call work order (WOs) and issuance of Pos accordingly.
Closing / correcting POs, obtaining approval / signatures for invoices.Scheduling Plumbers, electrician and remediation as per WOsInvoices managementManaging inventory data for head officePerform other relevant administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
Maintenance and trades payrollCreative / Edit WO for employee. Complete emergency POs submitted after shift has endedProcess Invoices accordingly from our suppliers
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have administrative work experience in the residential property management or similar settings
Excellent in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English, time management and organisation skills,
Knowledge in property management admin an asset.
Knowledge in RTA an asset
Must have excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Ability to work effectively in high stress situations
Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
Above average problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Must successfully complete a security clearance
