Job Summary
The Inside Sales Supervisor will be overseeing a highly team of energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Associates accountable for the generation of incremental business through prospection and the qualification of marketing generated leads, inbound requests, and outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities :
Team Management and Campaign Efficiency Analysis
- Lead, motivate and provide ongoing coaching to a team of Inside Sales Associates
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on business priorities and objectives
- Act as the liaison with the outside Sales team to continuously improve qualification process and maximize success
- Develop new training material, revise guidelines and implement best practices for the department in order to boost results
- Analyse key sales metrics to provide recommendations and implement appropriate action plans
- Craft effective sales pitches for the team providing engaging and articulate information about WALTER’s value proposition
- Work with other team members to design lead generation and qualification campaigns
- Track key performance indicators and monitor data entry quality daily
- Work closely with CRM manager to design dashboards, reporting and optimize team processes.
- Ensure data quality and maintenance

Experience & Education :
Education : College degree combined to relevant working experience.
Pertinent experience :
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Previous experience in management as well as knowledge and experience in the B2B sector are preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Salesforce
Language requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); French functional.
