Are you the kind of person who gets a thrill from moving things from Point A to Point B with zero hiccups? 📦⚡ Can you juggle trucks, terminals, and timelines all before your second coffee? ☕ Then you just might be our next Inland Delivery Coordinator!

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in : Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Trucking, Brokerage, etc..... who thrive in a fast-paced environment to tackle operational duties related to movement of containers over the road to and from the ports / rails.

Advantages

Full time Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5pm

Hybrid work model, 2 days a week from home

Salary ranges based on experience, 50-55k

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inland container deliveries from port to customer — road, rail, or combo!
• Communicate with truckers, terminals, and customers to keep things smooth & on schedule
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve delays, and keep all stakeholders informed
• Maintain accurate documentation & system updates via CRM Salesforce
• Work closely with port ops, logistics partners & customer service teams to ensure a seamless flow
