WORKING CONDITIONS
- Status : Unionized, regular
- Schedule : Minimum of two shifts per week or 16 hours (weekends)
- Dates : Starting February 04, 2024
- Salary : $25.58 (Class 5)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and distribute the tasks and assignments of the security teamSupport supervisor in the management of the team : onboarding, training, performance evaluations, scheduling and attendanceEnsure the application of policies and proceduresTransmit the information employees need to do their jobsEnsure the quality of services provided by the teamSolve problems and emergenciesControl access via the security management system : issue cards, create access groups, etc.KNOWLEDGE
College diplomaBilingualism : Intermediate English (level 2)Valid AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and CPR (level C : baby, child, adult) first aid coursesValid agent's license issued by the Private Security BureauComputer knowledge : MS Office Suite (basic)Valid driver's licenseEXPERIENCE
2 years’ experience in public, industrial or commercial security18 months experience in personnel coordination1 year experience in customer serviceSuccessful completion of management potential assessmentExperience in a central monitoring station (an asset)Any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be consideredSKILLS
