As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class support and service.

Please note that this is a 12-month contract hybrid role based out of Brampton, ON.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone

Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner

Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner

Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

Required Qualifications :

Post secondary education

2-3 years’ experience in customer care

Bilingualism in French / English (including written and verbal communication)

Knowledge of ERP systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Superior problem-solving

Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of SAP (S4)

Medical industry experience

Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (Esker, EDI, GHX, GFAX)

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud

Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing
