Our client is looking for Telecommunications Billing Administrator to support business users in procuring and managing mobile communication services in an enterprise environment.
100% remote
Must have :
- 2+ years of experience managing telecommunication and mobility services
- Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management ( TEM ) tools and platforms (e.g., Tangoe)
- Experience supporting billing and services for multi-carrier clients
- Experience coordinating between vendor, accounts payable, and business users to resolve issues
- Proficient MS Office skills

Experience supporting employee pricing programs
Responsibility highlights :
- Supporting business users with telecom and mobility including contracting coordination, account consolidation, and billing optimization.
- White glove user support for executive leadership traveling internationally.
- Manage wireline and wireless billing through contracted services or portals while working with vendor teams, Accounts Payable, and business users to resolve issues.
- Make Contract Plan changes to resolve issues or optimize billings.
- Monthly optimizations and savings reporting.
- Mobility and telecom vendor management, engagement, QBRs, contracts, or AP escalations.
