Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee construction strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated challenges, and resource needs.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and trades to optimize project efficiency and quality.
Skills and Experience :
- Construction Expertise : Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Leadership : A proven track record of effectively leading large project teams and driving project success.
- Communication : Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
- Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in a senior management role within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on high-rise or multi-family residential projects.
- Education : Post-secondary degree / diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
