We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with industrial and institutional new-build experience to join a well-established construction company specializing in large-scale, high-profile industrial and institutional projects throughout the Greater Montreal Area.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction, this company has successfully completed complex projects across various cities, including St-Jérôme and St-Hyacinthe, and other areas in the Greater Montreal Area.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience : 7 15 years in the construction industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience as a project manager, with a focus on industrial and institutional new-build projects.
- Education : A bachelor's degree in architecture and design is an asset.
- Industrial Expertise : Proven experience in managing industrial and institutional construction projects is essential.
- Flexibility : Willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Area; the company covers travel-related expenses.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, management, and execution of industrial new-build construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project sites across the Greater Montreal Area.
- Ensure all projects meet the company's standards for quality, budget, and timelines.
- Lead project teams, providing mentorship to site managers and junior staff.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive improvements in project management processes and methodologies.
Compensation :
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80K to $130K, depending on experience.
