L'expertise en sinistres est un domaine d'assurance complexe et au rythme effréné où il n'y a pas 2 dossiers identiques.
Qu'il s'agisse d'un incendie domestique, d'un accrochage ou d'une blessure causée par un accident majeur, l'équipe de ClaimsPro détermine la couverture, la responsabilité légale et règle les réclamations avec un excellent service client.
ClaimsPro compte sur ses adjoints administratifs pour soutenir le personnel de la succursale et les producteurs dans la prestation d'un service de qualité à nos clients.
L'objectif principal du poste est de fournir un soutien administratif efficace et efficient dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
Les tâches du poste comprennent la dactylographie, le travail informatique sur notre logiciel interne et MS Office, la coordination et le classement des fichiers, les tâches de réception et peuvent également fournir un autre soutien administratif et de bureau à divers membres du personnel de la succursale.
Autres tâches selon les besoins.
Diplômes et expérience :
- Mise en place et préparation de nouvelles affectations de sinistres aux experts internes conformément aux KPI prédéfinis et aux directives du client
- Une attitude positive et une approche de service à la clientèle pouvant faire garantissant que toutes les demandes sont traitées efficacement et en temps opportun
- Manière téléphonique professionnelle et excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à bien travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec une capacité à redéfinir les priorités des tâches et à gérer le temps efficacement
- Esprit d'équipe et excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec capacité à interagir avec toutes les personnes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et à garder son sang-froid dans un environnement en évolution rapide et changeant
- Maintenir les informations applicables et la saisie des données dans le logiciel interne de gestion des réclamations.
- Envoi des accusés de réception, des confirmations et des correspondances appropriés aux clients, aux demandeurs, aux représentants légaux et aux parties impliquées dans divers dossiers de réclamation
- Transcrire les données des documents sources en suivant des procédures généralement standardisées en utilisant des compétences de codage et un certain jugement pour examen par l'expert en sinistres
- Transcrire les rapports et les déclarations au besoin
- Traiter la facturation des clients pour les réclamations et préparer les dossiers pour la clôture
- Soutien administratif au directeur de district, au directeur adjoint de succursale et au superviseur immobilier au besoin
- Coordonner et organiser divers rendez-vous pour les experts en sinistres en plus de traiter les demandes téléphoniques entrantes et sortantes
- Réception de secours répondre aux téléphones et transférer les appels de manière rapide, professionnelle et efficace

Role Summary
Loss Adjusting is a fast-paced, complex field of insurance with no 2 files quite the same. Whether it be a home fire, a fender-bender, or an injury caused by a major accident, the ClaimsPro team determines coverage, legal liability, and settles claims with excellent customer service.
ClaimsPro relies on their Administrative Assistants to support the branch staff and producers in the delivery of quality service to our clients.
The key focus of the position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
The position duties include typing, computer work on our internal software program and MS Office, file coordination and filing, reception duties and may also provide other administrative and clerical support to various branch staff.
Other duties as may be required.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and preparation of new claims assignments to internal adjusters in accordance with predetermined KPI’s and client guidelines
- A positive, can do attitude and customer service approach ensuring all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and work well independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all individuals in all levels within the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast paced and changing environment
- Maintaining applicable information and data entry within internal claims management software.
- Sending appropriate client acknowledgements, confirmations and correspondences to clients, claimants, legal representatives and parties involved on various claim files
- Transcribe data from source documents following generally standardized procedures using coding skills and some judgement for review by the adjuster
- Transcribing reports and statements when required
- Processing client invoicing for claims and prepare files for closure
- Administrative support to the district manager, assistant branch manager and property supervisor as needed
- Coordinating and arranging various appointments for adjusters in addition to handing both incoming / outgoing phone inquiries
- Reception relief answer phones and forward calls in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience :
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
- Experience in an administrative support environment is mandatory
- Previous experience within a dynamic team will be given preference.
- Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated behaviors showing initiative behaviors and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
- Proven ability to contribute to and work well within a team environment
- Intermediate experience with Word, and strong Excel skills are required
- All other computer applications must have the aptitude and ability to learn as required
