Business Development Representative - Expressions of Interest
Overview
Our client, a forward-thinking, highly respected automotive dealership, is seeking expressions of interest for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Representatives.
This role is perfect for professionals who excel in client engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. As the first point of contact, you will be essential to growing and nurturing client relationships through direct communication, appointment scheduling, and support in driving company success.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through phone, email, and text to book and manage appointments.
- Develop and qualify leads, fostering new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Track and report communication outcomes, collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager.
- Update client information in a CRM and monitor appointment follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- A friendly, professional attitude at first contact and excellent verbal / written communication.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in a similar role, such as in automotive or dealership settings, is an asset.
