Key responsibilities

• Working with a team to promote and bring awareness of the company's total rewards offerings.
• Conducting thorough research into total rewards trends and providing assistance to tailoring the total rewards program
• Participate in annual total rewards activities such as the annual salary review and bonus payout process
• Implementing various administrative duties

Job Requirements :

• Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
• Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
• Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred
• Pension plans experience
• Bonus Program experience
• Expertise in compensation and benefits
• Comprehensive knowledge of Total Rewards
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
