Asa Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in theinsurance industry you will play a key role in deliveringexceptional customer service and technical support.
This positioninvolves assisting clients with firstlevel technical issues onlineclaims submissions password resets and IDtroubleshooting.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $24.43.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 40hours per week.
Weekday schedulefrom 8 am to 8 pm on a rotationalbasis.
Onemonth notice for yourschedule.
2 weeks oftraining.
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service to internal and externalclients.
Communicate effectivelywith plan members and plan sponsors in a calm and professionalmanner.
Access and utilizeinformation from various systems.
Research and resolve inquiries within specifiedtimelines.
Handle sensitiveissues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintainconfidentiality.
Offer onlineclaims submission technical support including password resets IDassistance andtroubleshooting.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education.
Previousexperience in a customer serviceenvironment.
Strong customerfocus and solutionorientedapproach.
Excellent communicationskills both oral and written.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken andwritten).
Strong interpersonalskills and a team player mindset.
High attention to detail and organizationalskills.
Ability to prioritizework and meet deadlines.
Proficient in computer and keyboardingskills.
