Job Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join the ThisCompany Business School. This is under Finance Talent DevelopmentDivision and is primarily responsible for the coordination andtraining in finance and accounting.

The Division includes trainingpersonnel serving as instructors course content developers supportservices and human capital management.

The personnel also serve ascoordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments(Controllers Treasury Corporate Planning Investor Relations andInternal Audit) in designing and delivering courses.

In additionABS is responsible for bimonthly keynote speaker series and otherspecialized certification programs (CFA CPA CMA CIAIFRS).

Responsibilities :

• Plan design and develop curricula for coursesin accounting finance and other business domains coordinating withSubject Matter Experts (SMEs) from different business segments(e.g. Admin Areas).
• Collaborate with SMEs fromrelevant business segments to codeliver the courses ensuringeffective knowledge transfer and practical insights.
• Identify and recommend new course offerings consultingwith SMEs from various business segments to align the curriculumwith current industry trends and needs.
• Continuously update course materials to incorporate newknowledge and stay relevant in rapidly evolving businessenvironments.
• Actively participate in planninginitiatives and successfully complete adhoc tasks related tocurriculum development and improvement.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Masters degreein Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline from areputable University.
• Possess relevantprofessional certification (e.g. CMA CFA CPA CA).
• Have a minimum of 10 years of related experience with atleast 5 years in training and development.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred butnot required.
• Demonstrate evidence ofleadership in projects.
• Exhibit the ability toeffectively work in a team environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
