THE ROLE
The Dropship Sales Representative will identify, engage, and secure partnerships with retailers (small to anchor). This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and driving sales to expand our platform’s reach and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
Identify potential retail partners through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategies to reach out to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Sales Outreach :
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual / in-person meetings to present our platform to retailers.
Tailor sales pitches to meet the needs and interests of potential clients.
Follow up on leads to convert them into active partners.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail partners.
Understand retailer needs and provide customized solutions to help them succeed on our platform.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
Sales Reporting :
Track and report on sales activities and results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new retailers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in eCommerce, Dropship or retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency with Hubspot software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP!
We’re a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, the USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, South Africa, and Colombia.
You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
