Job Responsibilities :
- Source screen and evaluate IT candidates forvarious roles within the company.
- Manage thefull recruitment process from initial contact to offernegotiation.
- Create job descriptions and postopenings on relevant job boards and social mediaplatforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers tounderstand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews reference checks and backgroundscreenings for potential candidates.
- Build andmaintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking andrelationship building.
- Keep abreast ofindustry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout therecruitment process.
EssentialQualifications :
- Proven experiencein IT recruitment or technical staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Strong attention to detail andorganizational abilities.
- Ability to work in afastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legalrequirements.
DesiredExperience :
- Prior experienceworking in a recruiting agency or staffing firm is aplus.
- Familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems (ATS) for candidate management.
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectivelyassess candidate qualifications.
- Experience inconducting behavioral and competencybased interviews.
