They come to us to expand their engineering teams across Canada, to tackle some of their hardest internal and external engineering problems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and ship production machine learning code to production
Maintain a sense of ownership on the entire process above
Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency the codebase you’ll work on
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Proficiency in languages and libraries commonly used in ML, including Python and PyTorch
Deep understanding of underlying neural network architectures
Experience working with GPT and other transformer models, and prompt engineering
Experience integrating transformer models into end-to-end pipelines with related NLP and vision tasks
Strong track record in leading and driving projects to the finish line, even under ambiguity
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Base salary range of CAD $110,000 - $175,000 a year
