Position : Call Centre Representative - Appointment Setter

Department : Inside Sales

Role Snapshot : As a Call Centre Representative at Provincial Smart Home Services, you will be responsible to transform freshly generated leads to successful scheduled appointments for our Sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively initiate warm communication with potential clients to introduce our offerings and services.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of potential clients by gathering pre-qualification information
• Skillfully arrange appointments, understanding the availability and preferences of parties involved.
• Maintain a well-organized schedule, ensuring efficiency and maximizing appointment opportunities.
• Accurately record and update client information in our database, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Gather relevant details during interactions to facilitate smooth transitions for the sales team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to confirm appointments and address any inquiries or concerns potential clients may have.
• Ensure all parties are well-prepared and informed for the scheduled appointments.
• Rescheduling appointments as needed

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum 1 year of outbound / inbound Call Centre, inside sales, outside sales, or lead generation.
• Communication Skills : Your professionalism and exceptional written and verbal skills will set you apart.
• Motivation : Be a self-starter eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced setting.

Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are flexible.

Pay :

$18 / hour PLUS commission
