• Handling phone and email inquiries that are intricate and technical. · Supporting new customers through the learning curve of setting up their own business or being employed through an Umbrella company.
• Answering questions and obtaining data so that clients receive correct updates. · Working towards team-related KPIs that are attainable and based on query response times.

What we need from you : · Contact center experience would be helpful, particularly in a company with a large volume of incoming calls.

• Experience meeting and exceeding difficult goals on a regular basis. · Capacity to work with stretch targets while maintaining First Class customer service skills.
• Capable of assimilating and exhibiting deep understanding after receiving training on every aspect of pensions. · Outstanding grammar communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• A self-starter. · Excellent people skills and sympathetic listening abilities. · Excellent IT abilities, including the use of Excel spreadsheets and email among the Microsoft Office toolkit.
• Excellent ability to solve problems. · Consistently customer-focused and resilient. · Capacity to maintain composure and tolerance.
• Quick learner and take initiative to acquire knowledge and comprehension. · Team player.
