We're looking for you to join our team as a Virtual Mortgage Retention Specialist, Simplii Mortgages in select locations across Ontario.
As a Mortgage Retention Specialist in our Mortgage Contact Centre team, you will focus on maximizing client retention by conducting proactive business-at-risk calls and strengthening client relationships.
You’ll engage with clients who are at risk of leaving, cross-sell products like insurance protection, and identify refinance opportunities.
Using Simplii's policies and procedures, you'll address client inquiries and identify financial needs, ensuring a positive and meaningful experience.
You’ll collaborate with retail operations, sales teams, and servicing partners to ensure mortgage renewals and refinances are completed, while staying up to date on mortgage products, industry trends, and legislative changes to provide the best solutions for clients.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.

Agent@Home Program Requirements
- Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home with a secure workspace, in a room or office with a door that closes it off from noises and distractions.
- Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (Internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps).
- Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
