Rev Up Your Career as an Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant!
Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Automotive Attendant - Drive-thru in North York, ON to work for our client Porsche, a world-class company in the automotive manufacturing industry.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services, creating a positive and efficient customer experience.
- Pay rate : $18.00 / hour
- Location : Toronto, ON (401 and Victoria Park - North York)
- Shifts : Day Shift
- Job type : 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full-time
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract / CVOR
- Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required
- Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision
- Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities :
- Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner
- Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brand
- Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client
- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up / drop off
- Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
- Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
- Other duties as assigned
