Responsibilities :
Provides mechanical support toall departments within thefacility
Prevent prematurebreakdown of the equipment used in production and to operate thefacility through continual preventativemaintenance
Ensure a safe workenvironment through effective maintenance ofequipment
Correct unsafe workingconditions
Troubleshoot anymechanical breakdown in the production process to ensure minimalloss in manufacturing of ourproducts
Use SAP system for workcapture parts sign out parts look up confirmationtime
Assist in the installation ofany new equipment in thefacility
Work together with allother departments to ensure a productive team environment and thecontinuous improvement of the plantprocesses
Report any concernsand / or problems to the supervisor through daily written and verbalreporting
Understands themechanics of our facilities processing and packaging equipment andis able to maintain it
Ensureequipment operating designed and installed to required GMPstandards
Proper housekeeping.Clean up after workcompleted
Provide shift report toinclude parts used downtime and root causeanalyses
Take part as an activemember of continuous improvementteams
Ensure that all employeesare aware of their responsibilities specific to food safetylegality and quality

Qualifications :
Musthold a valid license 443A or roof of license from any province orcountry required
If holds over 25years of experience in the trade it will be up to the discretion ofthe company to make exceptionsrequired

Responsibilities Is directly responsible for all elements ofproject management from BOD to commissioning and handover andensures that all project objectives are met on schedule, safely andwithin budgetary limits.
Project management duties include : Scheduling, budgeting, coordinating project objectives withinbudgetary limits and reporting status.
Vendor and equipmentinvestigation, selection, price negotiation, coordination, andprocurement efforts related to projects.
CER development andsubmission, including the development of presentations tofacilitate funding approvals. Preparation and review of scopedocuments, job specifications and drawings.
Supervising contractorsin the execution of projects and in the commissioning and handoverto Operations Facilitates project reviews and stakeholder meetingsand provides the necessary reports on project progress and budgetstatus.
Utilizes a systematic approach to project management andpromotes the use of tools for continuous improvement. Works acrossRegional boundaries and provides support to local Bakery Operationsand Maintenance Teams to ensure the timely completion ofsmall-budget projects.
Manages regional multi-year Capital Program,including plan development and regular reporting on project status,commitments, and spending.
Supervises Engineering resources in theexecution of project management activities and provides mentoringand development activities for the same.
Interacts with BusinessUnits and Division Supply Chain teams, along with Corporate SupportServices, to share best practices, upgrade common work processes,and provide feedback on vendor and equipment performance and inputfor continuous improvement.
Maintenance Uses a playbook approach tobakeries Maintenance functional improvement including : Analysis andPrioritization of Reliability issues Evaluating Maintenance Programeffectiveness through auditing, gap analyses, and development ofremediation plans Storeroom Parts right sizing and optimizationaudits Auditing personnel skill sets, identifying gaps anddeveloping appropriate training plans Setting Measurement systemsin place to assure progress Challenging the Bakery Team toward CIAs Subject Matter Expert, generates engineering solutions torepetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plantoperations.
Assists in management of equipment supplier relatedissues causing inefficiencies, regulatory, safety and / or qualityproblems.
Ensures equipment is in compliance with all sanitation,safety and environmental requirements by local and federalregulatory authorities.
Supervises Engineering resources in theexecution of reliability improvement activities and providesmentoring and development activities for same.
Qualifications : B.S.Engineering (any discipline) preferred Experience of 10 years ofreliability engineering and project management in food engineering.
Knowledge of asset care and maintenance management. Preferredexperience in SAP maintenance management. Experienced inMaintenance KPIs utilized to improve Maintenance performanceresulting in best class uptime.
Experience leading engineeringteams both at the corporate and operations levels. The leadershipstyle and mental agility to move effectively between strategicroles and hands-on execution roles.
Successful leadership overdiverse types of capital projects from simple to complex. Abilityto manage projects from feasibility thru start-up and performancevalidation.
Knowledge of current personnel safety, food safety, andenvironmental and regulatory compliance issues related tomanufacturing and in the food industry.
Experience applyingengineering knowledge cross-functionally to support new fooddevelopment and commercialization in specialty foods categories.
