Our Hamilton, Ontario plant manufactures Ingersoll disc blades and coulters that improve farm productivity and profitability, and we are looking for Millwrights to join our multi-trade team and support our manufacturing facility.

Our Total Rewards include :

• $43.10 / hour
• $.35 / hour COLA
• $1.50 / hour shift premium
• 12-hour bi-weekly rotating shifts (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights), alternative shift (8 hour & 10 hour)
• 1.5 time for 1st overtime occurrence, 2 times for second occurrence and beyond
• 100% Group Benefits Employer Paid (premiums)
