CLIENT ADVISOR, COMMERCIAL CLIENT CARE
Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance combined with your strong sense of urgency and commitment to results are the keys to success in this role.
We work with entrepreneurs and business owners who require commercial insurance that moves at the same pace they do. This position will be focused on customer service support as well as commercial new business sales in a fast-paced environment both online and on the phone.
You will be responsible for growth and retention of a customer base while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of related experience in the insurance industry with a working knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Experience in an insurance brokerage
- Alberta Level 1 License required and working toward level 2 is considered an asset
- RIBO License (Ontario) or working towards is considered an asset
- CIP designation or working towards is considered an asset
